SCHEDULE OF CHARGES AND TREMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLE ON SELF DRIVE BASIS :-

1- Driving at a speed above the mention maximum speed of 80 km/hr. 1st Instance >80km/hr INR 2000 fine and 2 nd Instance >80 km/hr INR 1000. Permitted Speed allowed-……..

2- Tire misuse. In case of any tire damages cut, charges will be actual cost.

3- Traffic violation INR 1000 in additional to the actual fine charged due to traffic violation will be charged from the user.

4- Performing any unauthorized activity such as carrying arms and ammunitions any intoxication, commercial activity. INR 5000 will be charged as a penalty.

5- Tampering with the devices such as GPS, Speed governor and etc. INR 5000 Plus the actual cost of the repair of the fitment will be charged from the user.

6- Delay in returning of the car beyond the schedule time, A charge of INR 500 per hour over and above the per hour rate [as per your car type] will be charged as delay charges.

After extension time period you are not paying amount per day penalty is INR 500.

7- Extension of car usage beyond the scheduled time. Inform via a call a minimum of 6 hours. Prior to return time & subject to availability. In case of not availability a charge of
INR 500 per hour over and the above rate as per the car type. Will be charge as extension charge.

8- Unclean car, cleaning charge of INR 500 and INR 1500 for a major cleaning as penalty.

9- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is suffering from any disease or disability , which may cause his/her driving ability or which is likely to cause a source of danger to the public
and /or to the vehicle, complete security deposit will be forfeited over and above the actual damage cost incurred.

10- Any intentional damage such as continuing to driving after accident or under extreme conditions like engine light on or any warning lamp on in cluster meter and rush driving etc.

11- Carrying number of persons [including driver] exceeding the permissible number as specified in Motor Vehicle Act.1988 and Rules framed there under [the Act.] INR 5000 will be charged as
penalty. The user will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activities.

12- Carrying pets or any type of animals, a charged of INR 1000 will be levied as penalty

13- Smoking inside the car INR 1000 + applicable damages to vehicle interiors.

14- Failure to return the car at the schedule location, recovery charge is 10000 Rs to 50000 Rs as per location.

15- Fuel- we give vehicle without fuel and fix or unlimited km, If you’re using our fuel, amount will be debit as per fuel cost.
Mention .If you left extra fuel no amount will be return and No adjust in other thing like damage.

16- Damage repairing charges will be debit as per Estimate provide by authorizes service center and Maximum Liability of customer is INR 1,50,000 /- insurance policy will be used
only death claim or theft claim or above 150000/ -amount.

17- Security amount will be refund within 7 days or resolving issue / dispute and Fasting uses charges.

18- If you want return before the end of your rental period no amount will adjust and return.

19- Fix schedule charges- In case any damage happen first you inform to us, if any necessary repair, we will decide to repair or not, Minimum Scratch charge INR 2000. Per penal dent
paint work INR 5000, Bumper damage INR 8000, Wheel cap missing INR 500. Side Mirror INR 5000, Running Bord INR 2500, Number Plate INR 500. Tail lamp 3000 , Tire Damage 5000

20- In you found any Indication / sing / warning light on dashboard / cluster meter than first inform to us if you ignore and keep driving continues than you have to be paid hole amount of
repairing cost carried out due to your share negligence.

21- Without information movement of car out or Rajasthan penalty charge is 2000 Rs.
